Bulghar Breakfast  
1/2 cup bulghar
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup boiling water


Spread bulghar on a cookie sheet and cook in oven at 350F for just over 5 minutes, to toast. When toasted, pour into bowl. Add milk and sugar. Mix well. Add boiling water. Stir. Let stand ten minutes. Devour.

Can be toasted ahead of time. Can be made in larger quantities. Can taste like heaven.
